The Radius is a student-led and produced podcast from the Center for the Study of Gender and Sexuality at the University of Chicago. The podcast is available to UChicago students, alumni, staff and faculty as well as our larger communities to discuss topics in gender and sexuality and to engage with what’s happening at the Center.
If you're a UChicago student with an idea for a segment about gender and sexuality, we want your pitches for this show! Student producers will be compensated. Pitch your idea and find out more at bit.ly/csgsradiuspitch.
Episode 2: Summer's Here!
In this episode, we talk with Girls Rock! Chicago founder Melissa Oglesby, discuss shifting views on gender and sexuality with UChicago first year students, and meditate on Beyonce's Memorial Day takeover of the city. We also have some reflections on our 20th Anniversary Symposium from students and faculty.
